Placing your Order

Made to order furniture

Our contemporary furniture is made to order, upholstered in your chosen fabric. After discussing your requirements with us and confirming the amount of fabric required (this can vary depending on pattern) we confirm your order and take a 50% deposit in advance. This deposit is non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the work. The full balance is payable upon completion. Our lead time for made to order furniture is approximately 9 to 12 weeks from receiving your cleared deposit and choice of fabric.

Re-Upholstery

For re-upholstery we prepare an estimate and confirm the amount of fabric required. A 40% deposit is payable on accepting the estimate and work commences when cleared payment and fabric have been received. Our lead time for re-upholstery work is approximately 4 to 6 weeks from receiving your cleared deposit and choice of fabric.

Specialist Restoration

Due to the highly individual nature of this type of work, please make an appointment with us so that we can make a full assessment of your furniture. This allows us to prepare a fully itemised breakdown of work required and options available. Our assessment fee of £50, payable prior to the appointment, is deductable from the cost of the restoration work.

If you have an existing piece of old quality furniture that you would like us to re-purpose, please contact us to discuss your requirements including fabric options, colours and finish. This will be treated as a one-off commission and we will provide a fully itemised estimate based on our discussions.

Interiors Consultancy

If you are looking for a specific piece of furniture, or work by a particular designer and would like our industry experts to advise and/or source pieces for you please contact us to discuss your requirements and budget. An advance fee is payable for this service and will be confirmed before work commences.

Delivery/Shipping

We deliver throughout the UK and overseas by arrangement and subject to an additional charge. Please contact us with details of your intended delivery address for a full quotation.

Commencement of Work

Please note, work will not commence until the required funds funds are received and, where applicable, cleared.

Viewing

Prior to Ordering

Clients are welcome to visit the Standrin Gallery in Winchester to view our furniture ranges, accessories art and lighting. In fact we highly recommend viewing in person if at all possible.
